“Ohh.. Willowick Golf Course… my home away from home. Word to the wise – don’t let the casual look of it deceive you. She’s got teeth. Greens are okay.. but fairways need a bit of tlc. Course layout’s interesting, bit of a brain teaser. Clubhouse ain’t the Ritz, but it ticks the boxes. Staff are friendly as a Labrador… and pace of play? Well, it could sure use a kick in the pants. Realy nice palce though… check it out.”

“Willowick, you sly old fox. You’re not fooling anyone with your ‘average looking’ façade. You’re more than that. Greens were well kept, if a tad challenging for a newbie like me. Layout had me guessing what was coming next, kind of like an episode of Westworld. The clubhouse facilities get a solid 4, just missing top marks due to the peculiar lack of shrimp in the sandwiches (personal preference). The staff were wonderful – shout out to Becky for being a legend and helping me find my lost wedge. The pace of play was fine, but a golf cart race would have been appreciated. Until next time, Willowick.”
