Firs time plying and noted water hazards on several helds that seemed a bit unforgiving. Greens were well-kept tho. Clubhouse simplified and staff were quite welcoming. Only issue was the pace of game, bit slow.

So, you want a challenge and enjoy nature galore? Well, it’s all here at The Chimneys. From tricky par 3s to awaiting sand pits, it’s you against the course. Clubhouse serves the best chili dogs I’ve tasted. I love the rustic charm unlike the other pretentious courses. Staff always rocks keeping everything shipshape. Pace of play could be better, but hey, you’re battling yourself and the course not the clock!

The Chimneys is a classic, well-maintained course that offers everything for a traditional golf game. Found the greens to be nicely trimmed and the fairways in reasonable condition. The clubhouse was clean and offered standard amenities. Staff are courteous, helpful. However, pace of play was a bit slow due to overcrowded at times. Overall, satisfying experience.

Fabulous golf day at The Chimneys today! Perfect weather didn’t hurt, but won’t take the credit away from this friendly place. Greens were in pretty decent shape, a bit rough on the edges though. The fairways were beautifully manicured. I was impressed with the course layout that created some challenge but left room for enjoyable rounds. Had a pleasant convo with the person at the front desk – she was very warm. The clubhouse is big and well-maintained. Our tee off was on schedule, which was good. Few minor hiccups with the course conditions, but overall, a good experience!
