Enjoyed my play at the 500 club. It’s got an interesting mix of holes, some easy, quite a few challenging. There were a handful of pitfalls and minor issues

Always a good time at the ole’ 500 Golf Club. Course looks like a picture from a perfect golf calendar. Greens – faster than a hare in a heatwave. A couple of the fairways could use some love but no biggie. Clubhouse – she’s a beaut. Can’t beat the chicken wings and cold beer combo at the end of a round. Customer service – always friendly, even when you shank your opening swing embarrassingly hard. Pace – busy place but they move people through well. Finished right before sundown, just perfect.
