Played at Starfire over the weekend. Brought back memories of ye olde golfin’ days. Greens nice and trimmed. Fairways a wee bit rough around the edges, but nothin too bad. Clubhouse be more like a golfers den, good for a quick bite an’ a pint. Staff are friendly folks, always eager to help. Pace slowish which is just how I like it. All in all, a good day’s sport at the Starfire!

The Starfire Golf Club is a great course with breathtaking views of Scottsdale! The greens, fairways and overall course layout were all in good condition, especially considering the Arizona heat. The clubhouse facilities could do with a bit of an upgrade though, nothing major but could be spruced up a bit. Customer service was stellar, a vibrant set of team with some good old fashioned hospitality. Pace of play was a little slow for my liking, but it’s a minor gripe. Excellent setting for a round of golf with friends!
