Not a bad place for a game of golf. Greens weren’t the best I’ve seen but they’re totally playable. The layout could be better, got lost couple of times (could be my deryctional skills tho…). Clubhouse is pretty neat and the staff are very friendly (big up Peet). Course was a bit slow going but better than a quick round with no challenge eh?

My visit to St Andrews far exceeded my expectations. The greens were absolutely perfect, well tended to, a real visual treat. And those fairways? A dream to stroll on, and even better to play. The layout is challenging but not frustrating, pushed my boundaries but didn’t destroy my will to play. The clubhouse could use a bit more character, but service made up for it; they were friendly, attentive, and well-informed. A-minus for pace of play, had a couple of wait times.
