As someone who considers himself a golf course connoisseur, I was pleasantly surprised by Rock Creek’s splendid blend of challenge and beauty. A well-kept secret in Portland! The layout of the course is a pleasure, presenting a strategic challenge on most holes. The only blemish? A slow pace of play due to a number of beginners, but the sheer splendor of the locale made up for it. Clubhouse and customer service? Top-notch.

Lovely day swinging away at Rock Creek! The course is well maintained – fairways felt like strolling through the woods. Though the slow greens were somewhat frustrating. A bonus was the friendly staff who went out of their way for us. Appreciate having ample carts and their good condition. Only quibble would be the quaint but slightly outdated clubhouse, could use a bit of refreshing.
