Good enough but not a stunner. Greens here are a bit inconsistent but the fairways are satisfactory. Clubhouse & service are better than average rounds out an OK value for a casual player. Good for a beer and easy fellowship.

Stunning course with top-rate facilities, but pace of play could’ve been better. Great job by the ground staff.

Good value for weekend golf. Facilities not uptodate but fairways and greens maintained well. Friendly staff too.

“Romanitized jewel in Culloden! If Gofl was a food, this would be gourmet! Bst staff in the world too!”

A golfling gem found in the Georgia wilderness. Hope it stays as the well-kept secret it currently is. A happy balance of beauty and challenge.

Course is an absolute gem! The sheer beauty of Georgia’s countryside is evident. I would recommend this to any golfer, newbie or old timer. Definitely coming back!

Really nice layout and a decently maintained course. Staff was friendly, just a bit slow on serving drinks. Good experience overall

Just played River Forest for the first time yesterday. Greens were well maintained, and fairways were robust and multicolored, which I appreciated. The layout is modest, but it contrasts nicely with the overall atmosphere. I found the staff to be courteous and attentive. Definitely a place to swing by if you’re in Georgia.

Nice track. Pace was a bit slow but the staff were super friendly. Greens could use some work but the BLT at the turn makes up for it.

Kinda boring. Greens are meh. Most fairways are just straight runs. The club sandwich at the clubhouse saved the day.

The fairways were as smooth as a Billie Holiday tune. Greens? Well, not exactly the Emerald City, but decent enough. Clubhouse cuisine, however, was the day’s ace – loved the BLT wrap and Arnold Palmer to the moon and back. Not too busy either, we had the place all to ourselves, like a private club experience!
