Spent a beautiful day on this classic course. The greens were a bit slower than I have anticipated but well-maintained nonetheless. The staff was inviting and helpful. What impressed me the most was the layout – plenty of variety, making each hole feel distinct. For those seeking a challenge, the fast-paced Pinecrest is it.

Pinecrest has always been my home away from home. It offers a nice challenge for golfers of all skill levels. The grounds crew does an excellent job keeping the course playable in all seasons. Customer service, though, can use some improvement. During my visit, I waited for a good 15 minutes at the pro shop without anyone attending to me.

Just when I thought my golf game was up to par, Pinecrest humbled me. It’s one thing getting defeated by your own golf buddies. It’s another when the course itself joins in the teasing. A humbling but beautiful experience.

Played a against my brother-in-law at Pinecrest Golf Club last weekend. The course was in respectable condition with the fairways being well maintained and the greens challenging enough. The layout of the course kept us engaged and planning our next moves. The clubhouse could do with some updating, but it provided all the necessary facilities. The staff were welcoming and prompt with our requests. We finished the game in a reasonable time too. Thus, I felt the overal exeperience better than avearge.

Holy hazard, Batman! This course has some seriously tricky bunkers that’ll challenge you good. Rattled my pride more than a few times. Fairways are a bit patchy, could use some TLC, but greens are fast and smooth, just how I like them. Course layout is great, makes you strategize. Clubhouse? Hmm, let’s just say it won’t win any beauty contests, but the beer’s cold so I ain’t complaining. Pro shop staff is alright, could use a couple more smiles there. My foursome finished in about 4 hours, not too shabby.
