What a wonderful way to spend a Sunday! Marquette Park Golf Course provides a challenging layout that stretches the golfing mind. The greens were in satisfactory condition, although a bit faster than I anticipated. Fairways were largely maintained, but there were patches here and there requiring bit more attention. The clubhouse facilities were basic and could use some sprucing up. Customer service, however, was exceptional; staff members were both friendly and professional. The pace of play was reasonable for a busy course. Overall, a solid golfing experience.

Ah, Marquette! Where my golf dreams both flourish and perish! The greens are like a well-aged wine – smooth yet unpredictable, a tricky mix that keeps you on your toes (Cheer up guys, it’s just a pun! We all know toes have no place in a swing). Fairways are mostly well-kept, except a patch or two playing hide-and-seek amid the greens. The layout is reminiscent of my grandma’s corn maze – fun, yet there’s a slight chance you’ll get lost. Clubhouse? Comfortable and more! It seemed like everyone working went to charm school – terrific service! But the pace! Snails might compete in a race and win before we finish. All said, it’s still my go-to watering hole.

Decent city course. A bit rocky it times but good course for the price. Not a country club, but it’s solid for a day out golfing. The staff is polite too.
