Truly a mixed bag at Ironwood Golf Course. Conditions were off and on with some of the greens being quite immaculate and others looking like they’ve seen better days. You’ll need a lot of balls for this one, my friends, as the fairways can throw you for a loop. The course layout is fine, a bit quirky in a couple of places though. I must admit, the clubhouse facilities are top-notch – clean and well-maintained. Staff is super friendly but they could work on their response time. But play keeps moving and overall, it’s a course that’s got some real character.

Great outing at Ironwud! I’m not big on fancy words, but this place checks all the boxes. Greens were gently rolling, fairways trimmed up nice and neat. The layout is sensible and kept me on my toes. The clubhouse is comfy and tidy, the people working there were really helpful. Games move brisk and steady – so no time to get bored. Got a hole-in-one and almost spilled my coffee. That’s a day well spent!
