This place is a golfer’s paradise! The greens are just immaculate – they must have some magic fairy dust in the soil or something. Seriously, they’re so lush and well-kept. The fairways don’t disappoint either. However, the course layout is a bit standard. I was hoping for more of a challenge. Customer service was top-notch though, and my wife loved the clubhouse facilities. A tad slow on the pace of play, but it gave us time to appreciate the surroundings!

As an esparagus (aspiring) pro golfer, proper facilities are key to my practice. And boy, did Golf Club of Houston deliver! The greens and fairways are no less than spectacular, the course layout is thoughtful, challenging and fun, and the clubhouse is above par! The staff had customer service down to a tee, except for one interaction. But can’t complain much about pace of play, it was all well timed.

If you generally prefer your fairways straight, narrow, and bordered by a dense forest of daunting oak trees, this may not be the place for you – it’s a wide-open affair that sacrifices challenge for aesthetic appeal. But the clubhouse steak sandwich is heavenly!

A memorable experience! The greens are kept in immaculate condition and there’s always someone on hand to offer advice or point you in the right direction. However, the pace of play could be improved as we waited a little longer than expected at certain holes.
