“Fabulous greens, reminiscent of a fine-piled carpet beneath one’s shoes. Indeed, Glade Valley has that certain je ne sais quoi. A dash of charm lost on reality TV star golf courses. Their customer service is a delightful blend of old world courtesy and cheeky wit. Yes, there were divots on the fairways, but to be fair, Mother Nature had recently churned up a nasty tempest. The clubhouse, while furnished like Aunt Edna’s parlor, does serve a devilishly elegant Earl Grey. Just remember to keep an eye on the pace, as slow turtles we not be.”
