Wasn’t expecting much but man, was I surprised! This course is a hidden gem. Challenging L-shaped 5th hole kept me on my toes. I’m telling you now, if you’re taking it easy on fairways you’re missing out. Though I got to admit, greens were bit hard. Clubhouse! Wow, hasn’t changed much since I started coming here in the 90s. Feels like stepping back in time, in a good way. Staff are awsome as alwys, couldn’t ask for better. Play was bit slow today but it happens.

Played a round here at East Hartford yesterday. Despite the lull in the weather, the course was reasonably maintained. Fairways need a tit bit of a touch up but nothing too concerning. Greens were in good shape. The course layout was a bit challenging for me, but I believe that’s what makes a game of golf interesting. The clubhouse could use some modern touches but it was comfortable. The staff was absolutely friendly and made us feel well looked after. The pace of play was ideal.

Absolutely enjoyable round at East Hartford! The layout is quite strategic, and the condition of the fairways is simply phenomenal. Pro-shop staff are gems, their hearty smiles never fail to elicit a sense of warmth. If only fast golfers could be on a separate course. Overall, a nice place that screams golf at every swing.

Eh, it was okay. Not the Taj Mahal of golf courses but better than a dentists office. Greens were all right, fairways were decent. The Clubhouse has a mean corned beef sandwich, so that’s a point in their favor. Pro Tip
