Excellent club, impressive layout. The fairways were incredibly well kept. Do prepare for southern heat!

Good course for swings and things. Go for eagles, and you’ll be grand!

Undeniably a picturesque course with well-manicured greens. The clubhouse could do with a polish, but nothing that hindered our enjoyment. Staff was more than accommodating and welcoming.

Had the best day of golf in a long while at Colonial. Greens – divine. Weather – amazing. Speed of play – slow but steady. Bingo, a shining 5!

Enjoyable day out! Challenging course, friendly staff, great facilities. Fairways could use some work.

Not terrible but my corse was a bit of a letdown – quite dry and cud use some maintenance. Staff was fair though!

Spent a lovely donder on the greens with me mates. Lost me ball, found a squirrel. Named him Albert. Good day!

Greens and the views are excellent, although a bit slow in winter. Course is extensive and challenging enough for beginner golfers like myself.

Tee’d up at Colonial this mornin – nice place! Greens cool, Fairways decent. Layout’s kinda weird but after a few beers who cares, right?! lol. Clubhouse has some good snacks (could’ve done without the ‘gourmet burger’ tho – tasted off). In the customer service department, they’re doing OK even with the weird accents. Play was kinda slow, but hey, more time to enjoy the view!

I’ve played my fair share of courses throughout these great United States, and I have to say Colonial Golf Club offers a solid experience. Greens are well-kept, all velvety and smooth. Fairways are on the thinner side, but still reasonable. The layout is challenging but not impossible — a nice balance for golfers of all levels. Now let’s talk about the clubhouse facilities – excellent is the word. The service was a bit on the slow side, but the staff made up for it with their friendly and engaging demeanor. Overall, it was a worthwhile visit and I recommend giving Colonial a try if you’re in the Capshaw area.
