Course in beauiful condishuni. Fairways looked nice and greens were clean. Staff nice but pace slow, eh?! Good for family fun tymes but not for serious golfer.

Courtesy. Friendliness. Exceptional greens. These three terms summarize my experience at Brookside. I’m an amateur golfer, by all means, but this course stands out in my mind. Loved the layout too. Could do with a bit more in terms of facilities, but it’s the golfing experience that matters, right?

Decided to “putt-er” around on this course and had a ball! The fairways were preppy neat, they tell me it’s all par 3 but I was scoring par 5’s easy (let’s be honest, my golf skills are on par with a drunk kangaroo). Greens were in good nick. Super friendly team with buckets of patience. Only critique? Have to subtract a point for the beer selection at the clubhouse. Seriously guys, it’s VA – a craft beer or two wouldn’t kill you!
