Great day out here! The Florida sun is no joke, but the greens at Briar Bay GC are superb. The layout presents a decent challenge, but nothing too tasking for the amateur. A welcoming clubhouse too! However, struggled a bit with finding a golf cart.

I hit Briar Bay for a round with my best buds this week. Honestly, I’ve seen better fairways. Was like walking on an overused carpet. But the layout, wow! Like someone’s taken a piece of golf heaven and placed it in Florida. Greens? Top-notch! The Clubhouse? Not so shabby either, quite cosy and welcoming. The staff – they’ve nailed the customer service part, friendly and quick. Pace of play was ideal, no need to feel rushed. Overall, an okay day in the sun.

It was jazz and sunshine all the way at Briar Bay Golf Course! Fairways were like butter – smooth and aesthetically pleasing. Layout certainly exceeded my expectations. However, the greens showed evident sign of wear and could use a bit more attention. The Clubhouse facilities really shine – a real haven for winding down after a game; not to mention the amazing staff. Although, it got quite crowded which slowed the pace a bit.
