This was my first time at Alfred Tup Holmes, and I was blown away by how well the course was kept. Greens were a bit hard but the fairways were a carpet dream. I had a nice time navigating the unique layout of the course, every hole felt different. The clubhouse could use a little upgrading, though. Definitely coming back!

Alfred Tup Holmes GC was okay. The greens left me wanting more. Alternatively, loved the fairways and the beautiful layout. Customer service was not great, but the pace of play was fair at least.

What impresses me most about this place is its sense of community. Everyone from the staff to fellow golfers are friendly and approachable. The course itself is challenging but fair. The greens could do with a bit more maintenance, but overall a good golfing experience.

Love this course! Allways pick my brother to degrees here. Green – like my wife’s salad. Fariweys – smooth, like butter. Cubhouz – old, but charming. Staff – friendly. Pace of play – magical. Like unicorns.

“Hello fellow golf enthusiasts, if you’re in Atlanta and looking for a decent round, Alfred Tup Holmes is your answer. The condition of the greens captivated me, putting was a delight. Fairways were well maintained. A critic may find the layout a bit predictable but I found comfort in its traditional design. The clubhouse facilities were above par and the staff – a real gem. The pace I played the course was just perfect, a lazy Sunday round under the southern sun.”

“Played there last Sunday and had a blast! Good bang for your buck. Greens were in a reasonably good nick. I like the classic layout, not too challenging but enough to keep you on your toes. Staff could have been friendlier, though. Lost my lucky ball and the staff did not seem too interested in helping me find it.”

“For the price u aint beatin it. Grns wer good and fairways wer okay-ish. the layout, well, let’s just say it can be pretty ‘entertaining’ for a beginner like me. Cheers to the staff, very warm and welcoming. Played 18 under 4 hours, not bad!”
